I have been having a nightmare for the past year with Shell Energy and Scottish Power.
In June 2021, after my husband’s death, I downsized from our family home to a flat next door. I had been supplied by Shell for gas and electricity in the family home and rang the company on the day I moved to give my final readings and to ask for Shell to take over the supply next door. It confirmed that it had been done as of July 7 and I set up a direct debit to pay the bills.
