Hillsborough woman accused of failing to report income increase after getting welfare, food stamps (MyCentralJersey.com)

A former Hillsborough woman has been charged with theft by deception for not reimbursing the county for food stamps and welfare she received after she allegedly failed to report an increase in her income.
