Holbeach addresses could become Fleet for some residents

There is confusion among some residents in Holbeach after receiving letters suggesting their home addresses could be changed – to Fleet.

A number of residents in Foxes Lowe Road took to social media after getting a letter from Royal Mail on Saturday (October 12) explaining the request by Fleet Parish Council to make the change.

But residents say the change in address could affect other things – such as their school catchment area, voting, council tax bills and their house prices.
