Abigail Nixon, defending, told the court Lilley had been diagnosed with paranoid schizophrenia and a doctor had recommended a hospital order.

Miss Nixon said they would need a second report from another doctor asking for an adjournment for that to take place.

His Honour Judge James Burbidge agreed to the adjournment.

The judge told the defendant he must engage with the psychiatrist in the making of the report, adding he would be sentenced in the week beginning August 7.

The judge added a hospital order with restrictions may be his sentence.

Ben Williams prosecuted during the hearing on Monday, (June 26).
