Hotline: Busy post office hours and UPS fuel surcharges
The Herald-Times (subscription) Q Dear Hotline: On Tuesday night at 5 p.m., I called the United States Post Office on East 10th Street, and they didn't answer the phone. However, their listed hours indicate the station is open until 7 p.m. What gives? Were they ignoring me? kAm|]|][ |@? |
