The U.S. House of Representatives on Thursday passed a bill renaming the post office at 1717 Orange Ave. the Cee Cee Ross Lyles Post Office Building, after the Fort Pierce native who was a flight attendant on United Flight 93, which crashed in a Pennsylvania field during the terrorist attacks on Sept. 11, 2001.
