How to skirt stamps as prices rise

Some rates at the post office are changing soon and this year it's not the normal price hike we've seen in the past. The price for a first-class stamp is going up starting this Sunday, but instead of just a penny it will cost you three cents more this time around – it's going from 46 cents to 49 cents each.
