How your child can receive a letter from Santa Claus this Christmas

Hard working elves from the Post Office have set up shop in the North Pole to help get the Christmas lists to Santa who will then reply for free to good boys and girls across the country.

So any Leeds children worried about being on the naughty list had better start behaving!

While the kids get started on their lists, we’ve got all the important details for parents to make sure everything gets to the right place in time courtesy of Birmingham Live.

How to get a free letter from Santa

After the Christmas list is written, make sure your child’s full name and address is in the letter so that Santa knows where to send his reply to.

The address on the envelope needs to be nice nice and clear – the Post Office has released Santa’s official address so that letters don’t get lost.

What is the address?

Santa/Father Christmas

Santa’s Grotto

Reindeerland

XM4 5HQ

Don’t forget to put a stamp on the envelope too!

The deadline for letters

The deadline for letters to be sent is  Friday December 6, 2019  – remember it’s getting into a very busy time for Santa and his elves by then so unfortunately he just won’t have time to reply.
