‘I make money on OnlyFans – if you don’t get up at 4am to go to the gym you’re lazy’

An OnlyFans model has sparked outrage after branding people “lazy” and “forever a prisoner of their s***ty lives” if they are unable to follow a strict morning routine.

Henrietta Moody is a content creator and creative director for a swimsuit line who recently caused controversy on Instagram after sharing some “hard-hitting words” online. In Henrietta’s video post, she claims to wake up at 4am every day and showed herself doing a morning routine that she hoped would change her followers’ lives.

Henrietta showed herself doing a thorough skincare routine, making a smoothie and a meal for breakfast, journaling, styling her hair, putting on makeup, going to the gym, and also doing work on a laptop.

As she went through her everyday routine, Henrietta had a voiceover set to inspirational music, as she explained the difference between those that wake up early and those who wake up later in the day.

She said: “I can guarantee you that none of the bimbo influencers have the courage to tell you this. Listen up closely because I am about to change your life. You are lazy and they are not.”

Henrietta further explained: “They are disciplined and you are not, you are full of bulls**t excuses and they are not. They are hungry to make their goals happen you don’t even try.

“Start focusing inwards and being angry with yourself, use that anger and energy to change your life and to take some responsibility. There is no secret to it, you go to bed with purpose, your alarm goes off and you get your ar** up to the gym

Henrietta added that people that do wish to follow a morning routine will be “forever a prisoner of their s***ty lives.”

She said: “Every time you want to snooze your alarm think of me telling you how lazy you are and that you will forever be a prisoner of your s***ty life. And then make the decision to prove me wrong and do it for you.”

In the caption of her video, Henrietta said she was “coming in hot” with some “hard-hitting words” and said: “If you get offended, I challenge you to listen AGAIN…. And AGAIN.

“Let it sink into your head that it’s time to stop blaming others and start taking charge of your own circumstances. It’s time to make a CHANGE.”

Henrietta’s video has quickly become popular, but some people have taken to the comment section to say they believe her advice is unrealistic.

One popular comment said: “Imagine basing your entire day on your appearance and claiming it as success. What a waste of a purposeful life.”

Another user said: “Get a real job and then tell me how easy it is to structure your life around working out. What you’re living at that very moment is a privilege to many. Get off your high horse and stop the tone-deafness.”

Henrietta’s post has also been shared to other accounts, with one person who posts about influencers describing it as a “trainwreck” that sends a “disgusting message.”

One person joked: “She can get back to me when she has kids, and an actual 9-5”

Someone else wrote: “What does she have to say for all the Nurses, teachers, carers, essential service providers… all those industries that are absolutely essential to us all – they are overworked and underpaid… and she wants to call them lazy whingers. Honestly, I’m flabbergasted by how narrow-minded and shallow she is it’s insane.”

Henrietta later responded to the criticism stating she did not “give a f**k” after she lost hundreds of followers over the video. She said: “I’m giving hard facts. Humans are lazy. We live in a culture of victim mentality and laziness. And I refuse to use my channel to support that.”
