Idahoans on Food Stamps Surges 40 Percent from 2009 to 2010, Biggest Increase in America

Idaho’s doling out food stamps at nearly twice the rate it was just a couple of years ago. From 2009 to 2010, the state saw a 40 percent increase in the number of Idahoans on food stamps – the biggest upsurge in the country.
