The following cases were heard at Reading and Slough Magistrates’ Court.

LUKE KING, 26, of Northampton Close, Bracknell, admitted driving a heavy goods vehicle over the legal weight limit on Crookham Hill, Thatcham, on July 26, 2019. Fined £100. Also ordered to pay £32 victim surcharge and £175 costs.

JADE ROBERTS, 29, of St Johns Road, Sandhurst, admitted theft in a dwelling of a debit card, wallet, and £51.95 cash in Wokingham on May 31, 2019. Also admitted fraud by false representation by using a stolen debit card to buy cigarettes and water worth £9.37 in Wokingham on May 31, 2019. Also admitted theft in dwelling of a wallet and £83 in Wokingham on May 31, 2019. Given a community order including 40 hours unpaid work to be undertaken. Also ordered to pay £134.95 compensation, £85 victim surcharge and £85 court costs. 

October 19:

JOSE GUERRA, 59, of Jardine Place, Bracknell, admitted drink-driving on London Road, Wokingham, on July 12. Found to have 67mcg alcohol per 100ml breath, exceeding the legal limit of 35mcg. Fined £120. Also ordered to pay £34 victim surcharge and £85 court costs. Disqualified from driving for 18 months.

LEWIS DUNCAN, 20, of Nutley, Bracknell, admitted failing to comply with requirements of a community order by not attending office visits on February 25, and failing to attend unpaid work commitments on August 30. Fined £60. Also ordered to pay £60 court costs.
