By ROB DEWIG George Finley couldn’t imagine there’d be a run on 2-cent stamps, but there was last week. When the cost of mailing a regular letter went from 42 to 44 cents on May 11, Bluffton’s postmaster thought the 16,000 2-cent stamps he’d ordered would be enough to get through the week.
