By Naveen Kapoor, Beijing, June 5 : Postal departments of India and China today released a special commemorative stamp on the theme of ancient Buddhist architecture at the picturesque Diaoyuti State Guest House, the venue of talks between visiting Indian External Affairs Minister Pranab Mukherjee and his Chinese counterpart Yang Jiechi.
