Indurent, UK’s leading industrial and logistics developer, owner, and operator has relocated and upsized its existing tenant, Regency Glass, supporting the company’s continued growth.
Regency Glass has signed for a 420,000 sq ft facility at Indurent 420, Omega West, the largest unit in Indurent’s portfolio, making the deal the biggest single-site lease agreed in the North West this year.
The company had initially committed to 125,000 sq ft across two new units at Indurent Park Trident in Warrington. However, following significant investment from CorpAcq and rising demand for its latest products, the business required a much larger, consolidated base.
Completed in the second quarter of this year, Indurent 420 quickly secured Regency Glass as an occupier, reflecting the strong appetite for high-quality space in prime locations. The warehouse forms part of Omega West, one of the region’s most strategic logistics hubs, with best-in-class facilities, motorway connectivity, and proximity to occupiers such as Amazon, Royal Mail, and Home Bargains.
The 421,250 sq ft building is designed to premium and sustainable standards. The deal highlights Indurent’s commitment to the North West, where it continues to grow its portfolio of market-leading developments that attract top-tier occupiers and support regional economic growth.
Indurent was advised by DTRE, B8, and CCP, with additional support from BCLP, Till AM, Knight Frank LLP, and Gateley Legal.
Hannah Bryan-Williams, senior customer & leasing manager at Indurent, said: “This relocation and significant upsize is a great example of how Indurent works in partnership with its customers to support their growth. By understanding Regency Glass’ evolving needs, we were able to provide a flexible solution that offers the scale, sustainability, and quality required for their next phase of expansion at Omega West.”
