InPost said it will investigate the incident to ensure that ‘high standards are being met’
This video shows a delivery driver taking parcels from a storage locker and throwing them into an Amazon container.
The footage shows parcels being handled badly at the InPost locker at Morrisons in Hartcliffe on Monday (November 24).
The driver can be seen taking the parcels from the locker and throwing them into an Amazon container.
Both InPost and Amazon stated that they would investigate the incident.
A spokesperson for InPost, which manages the storage locker, said: “We expect all parcels handled through our network to be treated with care and we’re looking into this with our operations team to ensure our high standards are being met.”
A spokesperson for Amazon said: “We have very high standards for the delivery service providers we work with and expect every package to be handled with care.
“We’re looking into this.”
BristolLive approached Morrisons, who said that it will not be commenting on the incident.
