Investment group acquires significant stake in well-established estate agency – BeBeez International

Mount Group, an investment and consultancy firm with interests in residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments, has acquired a 25% stake in the sales division of Robert Holmes & Co, the Wimbledon-based estate agency.

Under the new partnership, Mount Group will support the expansion of the agency’s sales business, including plans to open new offices in the UK and strengthen its international reach. The lettings division will remain independently owned and operated.

Three new locations are currently in the early stages of opening, and a sales affiliation agreement is expected to be signed with a global real estate brokerage operating in more than 65 countries.
