IP Applications Corp. has signed a contract to deliver its Software-as-a-Service enabling services to Logistica Solutions Inc. of Anaheim, CA. Logistica is developing a web-based application slated for release later in 2008 that provides real-time shipping quotes for online vendors selling products that are too bulky or heavy for traditional parcel delivery services like Fedex and UPS.
