Iron Maiden announce new 2026 tour dates + a huge one-off UK show

Iron Maiden have unveiled the first dates of their 2026 Run For Your Lives Tour, which will see the legendary metal band return to Europe for a series of major festival and stadium shows. The summer run includes stops in countries not visited in 2025, with additional legs around the world to be announced in the months ahead. The band has also confirmed that after such an intensive touring year, there will be no Maiden shows in 2027.

Bassist Steve Harris said the band wanted to build on the momentum of the 50th anniversary tour, which drew over a million fans worldwide and was met with huge demand. The 2026 shows will see drummer Simon Dawson return to the lineup and will include appearances at some of Europe’s biggest metal festivals, as well as stadium concerts in Greece, Romania, Slovakia, Bulgaria, Germany, France, and Italy. Among the highlights is a show at Milan’s San Siro Stadium, where Iron Maiden will become the first metal band to perform at the iconic venue. Manager Rod Smallwood added that the tour pays tribute to festivals that have played a vital role in the group’s history, while also offering fans a chance to be part of a filmed performance in Paris on June 22 at La Défense Arena.

A special UK show is also scheduled for July 11, with details yet to be revealed. Fans can expect unique elements tied to the band’s Eddie’s Dive Bar concept. The Paris performance will also mark the introduction of Yondr phone-free zones on the floor, ensuring the live film captures both the spectacle of the show and the energy of the crowd without distractions from phone screens. For fans elsewhere in the world, Maiden promise further announcements soon as they prepare for an expansive 2026 schedule before taking a break from touring in 2027.
