Italian Court Orders eBay to Reinstate Seller

Intertraders.eu reports that the Tribunale di Messina, an Italian court in southern Italy, has ordered eBay Europe to reactivate the account of Arcapel (user ID: www_arcapelsrl_it), an Italian ecommerce corporation.
