Jacksonville police: Woman shoots man dead outside Blanding Boulevard post office

A woman shot a man dead Sunday outside a Jacksonville post office , police say. It happened shortly after noon at the U.S. Post Office at the corner of Blanding Boulevard and Townsend Road.
