Archer said: “I’m really excited to be getting back on a bike after an enforced break. I’m really grateful to Leon from the Pals Battalion and Phil from True Heroes Racing for putting together this opportunity, made even more special that it’s working with UK military veterans like my dad.
“Having seen first-hand the important work both these unique organisations perform, hopefully, I can make everyone proud and repay their support with some good results on the track.”
True Heroes Racing Founder and Team Principal, Phil Spencer said: “It’s great to strengthen our partnership with Leon and the Pals Battalion CIC and to assist the son of a British Army veteran at the same time.
“Jake standing in for Dave “Salty” Sellers at Snetterton not only provides him with an opportunity to showcase his talents again after a period away from racing but also enables us to continue to provide opportunities for our beneficiaries from the wounded, injured and sick UK Service personnel and veteran communities.

“There’s no pressure from us on Jake, I’m just hoping for a great weekend for him, all our other riders and the wider team.”
Founder of the Pals Battalion CIC, Leon Stokes, added: “It’s great to be able to collaborate with True Heroes Racing. Phil has provided opportunities for our Pals Battalion CIC members for several years now at the BSB, which has brought a real benefit and given them a direct insight into the inspirational work True Heroes Racing conducts.
“Phil and I have also been talking for a while now about doing something more together and this wildcard for Jake is hopefully just the first step on that exciting road.”
