Japan Post botches penguin stamps

HIROSHIMA (Kyodo) A regional branch of Japan Post has halted sales of a stamp sheet commemorating a new penguin facility at an aquarium in Shimonoseki, Yamaguchi Prefecture, after learning it mixed up two of the photos.
