Judge Dismisses eBay Shareholder Lawsuit

A judge dismissed a shareholder lawsuit against eBay on Friday in Wilmington, Delaware. The plaintiff, Robert F. Booth Trust, said eBay was wrong in re-nominating Dawn Lepore, a long-time eBay board member, to serve another term on the company’s board of directors in 2009.
