The Princess of Wales is usually a vision of poised perfection, and is rarely caught with a hair out of place, leaving admirers to wonder what her secret is.
So it’s no wonder royal fans have gone wild after video footage has resurfaced showing Kate Middleton’s secret trick for cozying up to guests in photos.
In a video posted to Twitter, the Kate, 41, can be seen subtly repositioning herself as she works out the perfect position for a photo with Mary, Crown Princess of Denmark, 51, and Queen Margrethe II of Denmark, 83.
The meeting took place at Christian IX’s Palace in Denmark in February 2022, and shows Kate taking a sidestep to her right, and then swinging her heels in the same direction followed by her toes in a barely perceptible momvement.
The short clip originally posted to TikTok by @l0velycatherine, captures Kate effortlessly stepping sideways despite wearing sky high heels.

The future queen maintained a composed demeanor while draped in a grey Catherine Walker overcoat topped with black trimmings, her signature brown locks and a beaming smile.
The video has since racked up over 1000,000 views with fans marveling at the extraordinary move and at how ‘adorable’ the mother-of-three looked.
One said: ‘If I did this, obviously my heel would catch on the carpet, I’d fall into Queen Margrethe, she’d fall on the floor and the whole entire world would see it!’
