Special Court ‘unconstituted’ due to lack of quorum Monday, May 10th, 2010 17:12:00 PUTRAJAYA: The Special Court today was unable to hear the habeas corpus application by Kelantan Sultan Tuanku Ismail Petra, who claimed he was warded against his will, as the court was “unconstituted” due to lack of quorum.
