KELLEY – The fate of the Kelley Post Office is uncertain after its building lease was not renewed. An “emergency suspension” will cause operations to shift to Huxley when the Kelley Post Office closes at 5 p.m. Feb. 25, Postmaster Cathy Textor said Wednesday.
