King Charles to meet Pope Francis in historic first royal tour of 2025

King Charles is set for a historic meeting with Pope Francis during his first major royal tour of 2025 in Italy.

Both public and private meetings have been scheduled for the Charles, Camilla and the Pontiff.

The King will become the first Monarch to meet the leader of the Catholic Church in more than ten years.
