Knight Frank boosts industrial and logistics team with hire

Knight Frank has hired Matthew Rickman as a partner in its industrial and logistics team.

Rickman joins Knight Frank from Montagu Evans, bringing 10 years of experience along with specialism in industrial and logistics lease advisory services.

Rickman’s clients have included Segro, Legal & General, M&G, M7 and Royal Mail.

In his position at Knight Frank, Rickman is set to provide asset owners and manufacturers with advice on lease renegotiation and the rent review process.

Rickman said: “With a holistic offering across occupier and landlord advisory services and transactional support, the team provides a one-stop-shop for investors, developers, landlords and occupiers seeking expert advice on the optimisation of their industrial & logistics real estate.”
