A series of stamps depicting Sri Lankan gems was issued in Germany recently, an Officer of the Postal Services Ministry told the Sunday Observer. Director of the Carl Faller Institute, Heike Faller who met Minister Jeevan Kumaratunga at his Ministry recently, presented the stamps to him.
