Dulverton Town Hall will be the venue to welcome its first live performance of 2022.
The show is partnership with Take Art, Somerset’s unique touring programme, bringing professional, high quality events to rural communities.
An evening of laughter is guaranteed with Elvis McGonagall’s performance of Full Tartan Jacket on Saturday, January 22 at 8pm.
Stand-up poet, comedian and broadcaster, Elvis McGonagall’s live shows feature biting and savagely funny satire in a blend of provocative verse and politically savvy stand-up comedy, all imbued with searing wit, wordplay and anarchic invective.
Full Tartan Jacket presents the prime cuts from the work of a comic poet at the top of his game. Join this World Poetry Slam Champion and Radio 4 regular as he bellows into the void of our diseased, burning planet and we all trundle along the primrose path to Beelzebub’s bottomless pit.
The show is suitable for over 16s
Trustees of Dulverton Town Hall continue to have the safety of audiences at the front of their minds and continue to follow all government guidance and regulations.
