A Jacksonville employee of the Florida Department of Children and Families was arrested Monday on charges that she used her position to obtain food stamps. Tressa M. Stokes, 35, of Kershaw Drive has been charged with public assistance fraud, scheme to defraud and four counts of grand theft.
