LECOMPTON, Kan. (AP) _ More than 100 people attended a weekend meeting about the future of Lecompton's post office. The Lawrence Journal-World reports that Mayor Sandy Jacquot encouraged the standing-room-only crowd Saturday to write the U.S. Postal Service and state government officials.
