Norwich Bulletin The plan to dismantle the post office, House Resolution HR2309, was introduced by Rep. Darrell Issa, R-CA. The biggest problem for the postal service is email, voice mail, Facebook, all resulting in reduced income and reduced volume of first-class mail. |
