LETTER: Our chaotic experience with Salisbury Royal Mail

We have paid for KeepSafe and received confirmation. However, upon return the letter box stayed empty.

When telephoning Salisbury Royal Mail two days after the due date I was told that they would not deliver because of staff shortage!

They seem to be completely oblivious that they have a legal obligation to deliver mail.

To add insult to injury, when I called at the sorting office at 16.05 it was closed.

Might they benefit from Continental management lessons?
