Letter: ‘Royal Mail – please do not get our hopes up with promises’

Here is the latest: on July 30, I received a text saying a package would be delivered between 8.19am and 12.19am on July 31, however in fairness to them they did not specify the year.

You have guessed it, it was not delivered yet one of us stayed in to receive the package. At 5pm that day we saw the parcel van outside our house, but no package.

Royal Mail if you cannot keep to a time specified by yourselves do not get our hopes up.
