Letter targets missed after strikes (Channel 4)

Strikes by postal workers led to the Royal Mail missing its delivery targets for first and second class letters in the past year, new figures show. Just over 85% of first class letters were delivered the day after posting in the year to the end of March, against a target of 93%.
