Liverpool Victoria, Royal Liver Hold Merger Talks, Mail Reports (Bloomberg)

Oct. 18 (Bloomberg) — Liverpool Victoria Insurance Co., a U.K. insurer, and Royal Liver Assurance Ltd. are in talks that may lead to a merged business with 10 billion pounds ($16 billion) of assets, the Mail on Sunday said, without saying where it got the information.
