Logging in to Kirklees Council network cost just 99p with eBay-sourced kit (PublicTechnology.net)

A VPN server from Kirklees Council in West Yorkshire was recently sold on eBay for 99p. It was subsequently revealed that the server still contained all the information needed to get remote access to the council’s internal network.
