e-fulfilment, 3PL and warehousing specialist Pointbid Logistics Systems has secured a new 10 year lease on its HQ facility in Birmingham from The Local Authorities Mutual Investment Trust (LAMIT).
The business had been in situ at the site in Aston Witton since 2016 as sub-tenant to BSS Group.
The 120,000 sq.ft. warehouse with a listed Art Deco frontage at Junction Six Industrial Park Estate has enabled the business to provide greater capacity and supply chain solutions to a range of clients including Royal Mail Warehousing, USA Giant Fulfilment.com (FDC) and Fitbit.
Roy Cook, MD of Pointbid Logistics Systems said: “The property has served us very well to date and we are confident that the central location, being situated so close to J6 of the M6 Motorway (Spaghetti Junction) and within easy access of key labour, will assist us to continue to with providing fulfilment excellence in a ‘best in class’ service to our client base for many years to come.”
