Lucky’s Diner To Open Bangor Restaurant

Lucky’s Diner has confirmed it will open new restaurant at the Deiniol Shopping Centre, in Banogr.

The Luck’s Diner menu currently offers a wide range of burgers, fried chicken, small plates and nibbles, platters and wraps and the menu includes old school desserts, milkshakes and mocktails.

One of the dishes on the current menu is The Chef’s Challenge. Described as ‘Not for the faint hearted’ it is a stack burger comprising an Angus beef burger, a grilled peri chicken fillet, a spicy Southern-fried fillet, pulled BBQ chicken, melted cheese. Accompaniments include lettuce, mayonnaise as standard, and it is served in a brioche bun with fries and a drink.

With over 20 years’ experience in the restaurant and kitchen development sector, Founder Hasan Habib was passionate about creating a QSR (Quick Service Restaurant) that couldn’t be “pigeon-holed” as a one product customer offer.

He focussed on developing cooking techniques that enabled a varied continental style menu to be developed and sold within a QSR environment. So whilst everyone around him was developing single product offerings Hasan opened the 1st Luckys branch in 2018 in Oldham.

Offering a wide ranging menu using locally sourced fresh ingredients Luckys became the “go to” Diner in Oldham, offering a menu for all.

Operations continued to be developed and in 2021 Stockport was opened, and then in March 2023 Luckys launched its 1st Franchise in Openshaw. Prestigious sites in Ardwick, Fallowfield, Old Trafford, Wythenshawe and London opened so far this year with few more due to open in 2024, with Bangor, Wokingham and Derby planned to open soon.

Luck’s Diner Facebook page said: “Bangor, we’re coming! The countdown is on for our new store at Deiniol Shopping Centre, Unit 25. Mark your maps, exciting times ahead!”

Lucky’s Website said: “Our commitment to excellence starts with our ingredients. We carefully select the finest quality, locally sourced ingredients. Our chefs are passionate about their craft and skilled in the art of food creation, ensuring that each bite is an explosion of flavour and satisfaction.”
