Maidstone Borough Council (MBC) is looking to appoint a firm of Employers agents to provide the hybrid services including Contract administrator; Quantity Surveyor; and Principal Designer for the Council’s redevelopment works of the Former Royal Mail Sorting Office (FRMSO), Maidstone. In addition, the Council would also like the appointed employer’s agent to provide a full Clerk of Works (Technical Inspector) service for monitoring the works and providing quality control to ensure that development works are compliant with the design and specification and is in accordance with good construction works practice.
