KINGS MOUNTAIN, N.C. — A South Carolina man is in jail, accused of threatening to blow up a U.S. Post Office in Kings Mountain. Police say Herbert George Moore, of Gaffney, walked into the post office on East Gold Street Saturday and claimed that he had planted a bomb on the property.
