Man pinned between vehicle and Frazeysburg Post Office
Zanesville Times Recorder Rick Romine said he was driving by the post office when he saw his friend Charlie Graham, 52, pinned against the building just above the waist. He said the female driver of the SUV backed up and Graham took a few steps before being helped to the ground. |
