Man says he slipped on ice at Augusta post office
West Virginia Record The plaintiff alleges on Oct. 30, 2011, he sustained serious injuries when he fell on ice in the Augusta Post Office parking lot, just off Route 50 in Hampshire County. According to the complaint, the defendant negligently failed to keep the premises safe. |
