Man Scammed on eBay, Car Vandalized
Patch.com The man told Westlake Police he had purchased a 30-inch computer monitor from an eBay seller in August for $650. Instead of a monitor, he got a small box of rubber bands. When he complained to the seller, he received another small box, this one empty. |
