Manchester Woman Charged With Faking eBay Sale (WMUR New Hampshire)

MANCHESTER, N.H. — A Manchester woman faces a theft charge over an accusation of faking a sale on the Internet auction site eBay. Michelle Brown, 24, was arraigned Thursday on a felony charge of theft by deception.
