Mandelson’s setback after Royal Mail privatisation shelved (The Herald)

Lord Mandelson, the Business Secretary, suffered his clearest setback since rejoining Gordon Brown’s government yesterday when he had to admit that his plans to sell a 30% stake in the Royal Mail are on hold.
