Michigan closer to issuing food stamps twice a month (WWMT 3 Kalamazoo)

LANSING (AP) – Michigan is closer to becoming the first state in the nation to issue food stamps twice a month. Governor Granholm is expected to sign legislation making the change, which passed the state House today.
