(AP) — A 39-year-old Missoula man has been ordered to pay just over $14000 in restitution for theft involving U.S. Postal Service money orders at the Bonner Post Office. The U.S. Attorney's Office says Gregory M. Kemp was sentenced July 19 to 90 days
