Missouri Lawmaker Wants to Repeal Lifetime Ban on Food Stamps for Drug Felons

A Missouri state representative says drug felons are the only felons restricted from applying for food stamps and the law isn't fair. A Missouri legislator wants to cut some criminals a break. He's proposing people with a felony drug conviction be eligible for food stamps.
